Seasearch Fish Identification Course with Dr Frances Dipper

Sunday 25th March 2012 - The Deep, Tower Street, Hull, HU1 4DP

The Fish Identification Course consists of interactive classroom sessions covering fish classification, ecology, behaviour and habitats. Participants will learn techniques to identify fish from photographs and specimens, and will practice their ID skills on a tour of The Deep.

The course is suitable for beginners or those who want to practice and improve their ID skills. It will be of interest to divers, snorkelers, anglers and rockpoolers - anyone who enjoys the marine and coastal environment. The course does not involve diving, and non-divers are very welcome.

Booking

The course cost is £40 per person. This includes a corse pack and a Day Plus Pass to The Deep which can be used for unlimited return visits during the next 12 months (excluding bank holidays).
